A classic fall foliage loop hike to the Pulpit and Pinnacle

What better way to enjoy the fall than by climbing a mountain? This is a 9 mile loop hike, starting at the Hamburg Reservoir parking lot, climbing to Pulpit Rock and then following the ridge to the Pinnacle for spectacular fall foliage views. This is not a beginner's hike due to the 1000' ascent and very rocky terrain. Bring a least 2L of water and lunch / snacks. Steady rain cancels. The website will be updated accordingly.
