Hiking the Border Trail

We will hike the rolling hills of Trexler Nature Preserve Border Trail. This border loop includes a stream crossing, several very steep hills, long switch backs and open fields. Bring lots of sunscreen, bug spray, snacks / lunch, and AT LEAST 2 liters of water. Hiking boots and trekking poles are highly recommended. This trail is rated HARD by the preserve. Not a beginner's hike. Heavy rain thunderstorms cancels.
