7 mile out and back hike on the Appalachian Trail from Rt. 309 to Bear Rocks and back.

We will pass beautiful views from the narrow Knife Edge, eat lunch at Bear Rocks, then return. Terrain is rocky requiring a few hand holds and good balance. We will spend some time enjoying the scenery at Bear Rocks. Wear sturdy hiking boots. Bring water and lunch. Heavy rain cancels.
