We will meet at Trout Hall at the corner of 4th and Walnut St. in Allentown and follow the route of the marked Allentown Urban Greenway along Martin Luther King Parkway, Lehigh St. , Walnut St. and Hamilton St.  In downtown Allentown we can see some of the sites associated with the Revolutionary period.  We will end at St. John's Lutheran Church on S. 5th St at 11:50 am to attend the concert, which will feature music related to American and Moravian history.  The concert is free, but donations are appreciated.  Bring water and snacks.  This route is on paved surfaces with little shade; if the expected temperature is above 90 degrees or it is raining, the hike portion will be canceled and people can meet at the church at 11:50 am.
