We will leave from the LV Zoo parking lot and go down to the Jordan Creek where we will cross the footbridge and walk the road south of the car-crossing to the Zoo exit.  This involves a long, steady uphill climb, then a traverse by the bison enclosure, then a long steady downhill to the exit gate at Game Preserve Road.  We will then turn around and go back the way we came.  This is roughly 6 miles.  If anyone is interested in going further we can walk the road going the opposite direction.  Dress in layers and bring comfy shoes, water, and a snack if you want to join me in a few extra miles.

This will be a brisk walk, keeping close to a 3.5 mph pace
